Vedanta Resources is setting up coal based Power Plants in Jharsuguda, Orissa, which are in the advance stage of construction. These power plants will be generating about 8.0 million tonns of  Fly Ash every year   

Proposals are invited for setting up Cement plants, Brick manufacturing units and other Ash utilizing units in and around Jharsuguda .  Vedanta Alumina can provide assistance in establishing units in Orissa. They shall also consider Joint Ventures in suitable cases

Proposals should be forwarded by 4 September 2007 to ashconunits@vedanta.co.in
