Interested in home textile products

Basic requirements

Industrialized production facilities run by a professional team

Financially sound (preferably credit rated) with resources for future expansion and growth

Able to source high volume and low cost raw material

Should be able to fulfill social, working and environmental conditions

Weaving, dyeing and processing units

Able to weave 200 to 550 GSM fabrics in cotton and cotton blends and having at least 50 automated shuttle less looms in house

Able to process and finish minimum 25,000 meters/day fabric dyeing in cold Pad batch, thermosol, CMR / CBR / CDR and or  at least 5 tons / day for yarn dyeing

Stand-alone yarn dyeing units will also be considered. Effective and operational effluent treatment plant needed.

Vertically integrated home textile units

Vertically integrated wide width manufacturers for quilt covers and sheet sets with a minimum capacity of 2 million sets annually in yarn dyed as well as solid dyed cotton fabrics

Other home furnishing manufacturers

Manufacturers (woven /knitted) of synthetic and blended fabrics for made up textile products like curtains, quilt covers, upholstery slip covers, cushion covers, kitchen and table linen, throws, blankets, decorative home furnishings

Industrial/high volume stitching units

Industrial set ups with minimum 200 machines and automatic cutting / stitching operations, CAD/CAM , digital template sets may apply

Units with previous experience in producing slip covers / sofa covers will be preferred

Rugs and Carpets

Vertically integrated units for cotton rugs having in house yarn spinning , dyeing and shuttle less looms for weaving 900 to 1500 GSM

Set-ups having facility for machine made Flat woven and Pile rugs in Wool/Nylon/Acrylic/PP and blends

Facility having machine tufted carpets and Bath mats in Cotton/Wool/Nylon/PP/Acrylic and blends

Chromojet printing and latex / rubber backed mats and rugs

Should have the latest technology for processing original Sheepskin having well equipped combing / finishing facility
