Plastics

Efficient production facilities for injection molding (200 to 600T) & Extrusion

Products: Storage solutions, furniture and kitchen accessories

Preferably should have post molding assembly and value addition facilities, product and mould development

Plastic Mould manufacturer - facility to manufacture injection moulds

Metal

1.Carbon steel ERW tubes, sheet metal & wire products

Experience in robotic & SPM precision welding, should have tube manufacturing facilities

In house powder coating, should be able to source Zinc and Nichrome plating

2. Stainless steel sheet (Deep drawn products & tubes)

Experience in SS430 material and deep drawn products, tooling and pressing operations

In-house polishing in a clean environment

3. Aluminum Extrusion & Zinc die cast products

Home lighting

Manufacturers of  lamp holders, cord sets, CFL lamps & dimmers

Lighting products made from metal and other combination materials

Experienced in purchase of tube & sheet metal

Efficient assembly line,  nickel plating and powder coating facility required

Ceramics

Manufacturers of  tableware in stoneware and porcelain required
